The final plat for phase 1 has been recorded! Your builder is now free to apply for a building permit in Patagonia. Homes started now before the cold weather sets in can be completed by early spring, so don't wait! 

Landscaping has been completed in Patagonia, and we are now just waiting for the final plat to be recorded. The trees, waterfalls, and entrance monument all make Patagonia feel much different from other communities.
