Last night was the awards banquet for the 2018 Parade of Homes and two houses in Patagonia received awards. Stacy Construction took home several awards including 'best overall' with their Woodhaven model. Riverwood Homes received third place for 'best exterior'. Thank you to the @BCA and the sponsors for putting on such a great event! Be sure to take a stroll through these great homes during the Parade of Homes now through May 13!
Phase 2 is nearing the end of construction. Sidewalks are in, and asphalt will be poured within a couple of weeks. Landscaping is under way. We expect the final plat to be recorded by mid-November, which should allow us to pour foundations before winter hits!
The community pool is under construction. Along with the pool itself will be a pool house with bathrooms and a shower. This will be a great addition to the community when the weather warms up in the summer!
Patagonia is proud to be sponsoring Kuna Movies on the Greenbelt beginning this Friday at 10:00 and continuing each Friday night through August 18th. Please bring your family to enjoy the movies this summer on the Greenbelt behind City Hall!
Patagonia has three houses showcased in the 2017 Spring Parade of Homes! We invite all to visit the community now through May 14 to see these stunning houses built by Berkeley Building Company, Eaglewood Homes, and Riverwood Homes.
The Idaho Statesman has published an article about Patagonia in this weekend's paper. The article does a good job describing some of the amenities that Patagonia offers including parks, walking paths, pools, and a pond. Patagonia truly does offer many desirable features that are focused on indoor/outdoor living and bringing people in the neighborhood together. We hope people will drive out to Kuna to experience Patagonia. It's a community that deserves to be seen in person.
