 Q. Are lots available to purchase? Can I bring my own builder?

No - Lots are not available for individual purchase. This community will be built by a select group of builders in order to ensure consistency in the product integrity throughout the community. Homes are available for sale prior to construction start in order for purchasers to customize their finishes. Contact a Community Specialist for more details.

 Q. Who is the developer?

The Westpark Company is the developer for this community (www.westparkcompanies.com). The Westpark Company has developed other communities such as Tuscany, Paramount, Bear Creek, and Castle Peak.

We have approximately 450 homesites planned, although development plans and future phases are subject to change.

Qualified, site-specific agents schooled in new construction and familiar with the Patagonia community are available to help you.  Q. What schools will my child attend?

Patagonia falls within the Kuna School District and although boundaries may change in the future, currently the schools for Patagonia are Silver Trail Elementary, Kuna Middle School, and Kuna High School.
