Prices for homes will start from the upper $300Ks.
Q. Are lots available to purchase? Can I bring my own builder?
No - Lots are not available for individual purchase. This community will be built by a select group of builders in order to ensure consistency in the product integrity throughout the community. Homes are available for sale prior to construction start in order for purchasers to customize their finishes. Contact a Community Specialist for more details.

Q. Who is the developer?
The Westpark Company is the developer for this community (www.westparkcompanies.com). The Westpark Company has developed other communities such as Tuscany, Paramount, Bear Creek, and Castle Peak.
Q. How many homes will be in the community?
We have approximately 450 homesites planned, although development plans and future phases are subject to change.

Patagonia is a master planned community with fiber optics, a community pool, walking trails, parks, and ample green space. Meridian Road provides quick and direct transportation access from Patagonia to the I-84 freeway.
Q. What if I don't have a real estate agent?
Qualified, site-specific agents schooled in new construction and familiar with the Patagonia community are available to help you. Q. What are the nearest entertainment, shopping and outdoor activities?
At Patagonia you really have the best it all, the charming allure of small town life with a great central location minutes from the freeway to access the abundance of outdoor recreation and all the entertainment and employment opportunities that Boise, Meridian, and Nampa offer. Patagonia is minutes from Downtown Kuna, with easy access to the freeway, Downtown Meridian and close to outdoor attractions, like Indian Creek and Kuna Caves.
Q. What schools will my child attend?
Patagonia falls within the Kuna School District and although boundaries may change in the future, currently the schools for Patagonia are Silver Trail Elementary, Kuna Middle School, and Kuna High School.
